Smile Train is the world’s largest cleft-focused organization, with a sustainable and local model of supporting surgery and other forms of essential care. Over the last 25+ years, we have supported safe, high-quality, and FREE cleft care for 2+ million children and will continue to do so until every child in need with a cleft has access to the care they deserve.

For those that don't know, Kaili oldest daughter was born with a cleft, and has received 11 surgeries in her 13 years. She has been very fortunate, but others have not, so each year we do this show and donate proceeds under Brynli's name. Hope you can come join us for a great cause.
